BEWARE! My Experience shopping at this "poor-excuse" for a men's clothing store, was definately not pleasant, I was looking for a dress suit for my son; the staff was rude, and gave no customer service, they wouldn't assist me with anything, the store was very small, and a mess, there were clothing left on the floor, and the place looked filthy, so I left there, and vowed never to go back there again!
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
Racist...not a chance. I'm African American and have never, and I repeat, NEVER have had that experience. I have be going there since the early 80's. As a matter of fact when I was in college and really couldn't afford a pair of socks, Smitty took time with me and even should me how to tie a bow tie, even when he knew I couldn't afford it. It is for that reason that I patron the store to this day because of the attention that they paid to me. I am forever grateful for that.
So the clothes are crappy because of the "racist" people that work there? I think that's clothesist, how dare you judge the clothes that way! They probably just didn't come from the same type of fabric mill as the other "dress suits" and didn't have all the advantages that the linens and silks of the world had (seriously, "dress suit"? as opposed to a leisure suit I assume). Brilliant critique and post, doctor!
I have been there a hundred times and they treated me great this first time. Don't call some racist because of a little delay on a measurement for a jacket. If you acted anything like you did in this post I wouldn't have served you either. I'm African American so try calling me racist.
Great store - great service - great clothes. Sounds like you should try WalMart next time your son needs a suit.
ok just because you got bad service doesn't mean you should just "Assume" they are being Racist. I work in customer service and I know we all have bad days. The appropriate response is to always assume everything but the worst. Thats a good life motto by the way. I am sorry you got bad service but lets be fair.
Hi. Maybe next time you can try perimart.I bought some suit for my boyfriend. They are really very beautiful. The most important is that they are all in high quality .My boyfriend was very satisfied with that. Hope you can find your items from this website.
