Lotty B's Reborn Nursery review: Reborn doll

Purchased a reborn doll. First thing that came out the box was a roach!

This seller failed to ship the stomach plated and the doll's hair came out in clumps because it wasn't rooted properly. I reached out to the seller. She had to "find" the stomach plate but decided to take a trip out of town before finding it. There was too much back and forth emailing with this seller.

I had to reach out to the website owner of reborns.com because she had no sense of urgency in fixing the issue. When the stomach plate was found, she stated it was damaged. She opted to ship the damaged plate or she would order a new one. Of course, I wanted a new plate.

Who would want a damaged product. Finally received the stomach plate. Seller leaves bad reviews for customers who has issues with their orders. Failing to take accountability for her mess up is bad business.

She'd rather blame the customer.
