Loreal US review: loreal lash paradise mascara

This waterproof product has made my eyelashes come out in chunks. I have been using loreal mascara for years, but never the waterproof. Every time I use make up remover to clean my eyes and take off product it is very hard to get off, and it's taking out chunks of my lashes as well. I want a refund for my product and I also want to be accommodated for the damage it has caused. I am missing chunks of lashes on both eyes. This is embarrassing and unacceptable!
