Initially I placed my order and sat down to wait. I observed a young lady walk in the restaurant and as she walked toward the restroom an employee told her the restroom was for paying customer and then just walked away. It didn't matter to her that the young lady was trying to tell her that she will place an order after she leaves the restroom. After a 2-3 minute discussion someone finally opened the restroom. Once the young lady received her order her fish looked like it had been sitting in the bottom of the fryer all day. When she complained the manager came out rolled her eyes at the lady grabbed her bag and walked away. Now when my order was ready it was not correct so the manager came out with a really bad attitude and said now what's wrong. She walked away and didn't try to resolve the issue. As I told the cashier that the manager has very bad customer service skills for a manager. She heard what I said and said very loud what is she talking about ain't nobody thinking about her. At this time there were quite a few customers in the lobby. This manager was very rude and should not be a representative of Long John Silvers. She should not have a managerial position. I actually wanted to ask for a full refund. I will definitely not be patronizing store #70229 in the near future
