These people are unethical. Finance companies are only allow to call you a reasonable amount of time, which reasonable is deemed to be once a week to chase any arrears. My payment seems to have bounced for a mere $100 in December and they have been calling my telephone 15 times per day, so much that I have threatened to report them to the police (as they are breaking the law and this is deemed harassment), I have had to switch my phone to only accept calls from favourites, I am anxious, furious beyond belief and I am seeking legal advice to take against them. Seriously, over $100 these people for four months now have harassed my phone 15 times per day. All other payments went through fine since and before, it was literally one payment in December, but I refuse to deal with them now, or have anything to do with them apart from seeing the 15 calls notification every day. Disgusting people who need to be sued to be stopped quite clearly.
