after i had upgraded my membership to diamond membership i made pay out request for m4y due amount and now i am waiting for more than one year and the bad news now the site is not working

I'm from Czech Republic and I want to puke from what those ### are doing. I was a bit cautious and just clicked and I had 4825096.0000. First I asked, but did not respond to my e-mails. we had diamond membership in your lollipop mails.com we haven't received money for our work since one year, we had great financial problems so please grant our money.
