The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.

A contract was made for the creation and execution of a website. The agreement was made March 31, 2010. It is now June 4th, 2010, and the 5-page website is still incomplete. The design was basic, the text and instructions were provided several times via e-mail. They allaege that the site was completed as requested. However, a review of the website and the record developed will reveal that even the basic requests were either overlooked or ignored.

Resolved

The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.

I had a contract with Logojeez for web site design, log and brochure. That was November 2014. I paid have of the amount but till now I did not get any of my orders. Now they are not responsive and do reply to emails and con not find the. Suddenly this company and its employees disappeared.
Any body can give an idea about this company and can we complain

Logo Jeez was great until I refused an upsell service. They did my logo and a website, but once I told them I wanted my FTP information to move the site they created for me to a different host and not there's they stopped communicating with me altogether. Blocked my number and didn't answer emails. They also didn't give me the information I paid for - my FTP information and website files. To say I'm disappointing in an understatement. Be sure you have everything you need before you pay them. Once they know you don't want to pay for anything else, you get blacklisted and are of no more use to them. Very bad business as per customer service and ethics. I worked with Chris Reid, Ron Cooper and Mark Stanton.

My client and I have been working with LogoJeez for 3 months now and the experience has been a nightmare. We first worked with someone whose alias was Peter Young and everyday we had to call at least 10 times to finally get a hold of him. One day he stopped answering and we were handed off to alias Emily Jones. At first, we thought she could get things done for us but after 3 weeks, she was just as unresponsive as Peter Young. Luckily, I have contact monkey and am able to see when people open emails I've sent them. I have seen them open my emails that have specific instructions and still NOTHING gets done within the deadlines we were told. We are frequently given a run-around, empty promises, and half done work. Now an alias named Jerry Miller is involved and I do not have any hope that anything will get done. What is even more frustrating is that given my intermediate background in UI/UX and coding, I know that this should NOT be taking this long. I understand that we may not be their only client and I hate to find out what other people are having terrible experiences with that. However, all we have been asking for is honesty and clarity in deadlines and they have lied to us every single time.

Whatever you do DONT give them your money! They refuse to answer your calls, wont correct errors or even speak with you! If I could give them a negative star I would give them -100 stars! You never speak to the same person and Harris, Emily, Lyod, Peter and anyone you speak with will tell you the previous person you spoke with doesn't work in that department anymore! They always want you to "email" them the corrections! Well, when you email them nothing gets done! You call back and the new person you speak with tells you to email them the corrections and guess what...NOTHING GETS DONE! Its a terrible business to work with and a waste of valuable resources! They break whats written in there contract! They gave our company a 3-5week timeline for a test website to be ready...its been 8 months and nothing! No refund and unanswered calls!

I am complaining regarding Logojeez business practices, I hired them to perform a 12 page website and the company had poor cooperation in this process, which raised concerns for me. In the terms and conditions (guarantee) a refund is promised and I was refused a refund.
This company has poor communication skills and are hard to get a hold of and does not reply back to voicemails and emails. Numerous times I have tried to get a hold of this company while getting no-where.
I spoke to many different people: Harris Blake, Emily and Chris Reid all to no avail. Never received a call back even though promised several times. My website was never finished, delivered and when I cancelled due to this, I was pushed around to different people and given many excuses as to why I was never given a refund.
This company when I pulled up the address is actually a PO Box inside of a strip mall.
One reason given for no refund is that the credit card processing company they use is out of business, this is in fact a LIE. They use a company called Indigo Credit Card Processing and they are in fact still in business and even have the same address as Logojeez. I called this credit card company to verify and found that they are at the same location as Logojeez just a different phone number.
I am looking for a full refund of $1145.00 for services not performed per guarantee(under their terms and conditions). I would like the company to either credit back my card, or send me a check if the company they used is no longer in business.
With this company I have written down times called and even have call recordings that state these facts.
Emily-Called for a refund and was told General Manager would call back in a half hour-No call back from anybody a month later.
Chris Reid-Stated would call back by end of day to issue a refund--No call back and no refund issued.
Blake Harris-This is the main person that I have dealt with and have received no responses from him regarding anything. I have sent him every thing that they asked for with no avail.
I would like the company to issue a refund in full for services not performed.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH THIS COMPANY. Below I have outlined exact dates/times/problems with this company (**started in 2009***)

Problem # 1: When will business cards be in?
Spoke with rep on 11/20/2009. First this rep told me that I don’t get business cards (incorrect information-I had to tell him that I do. Fought with me about this until I made him look on their own website @ that package we bought. (Silver Plus $425) Then he told me that they use 3rd party printing-there is no way to expedite process. 7-10 business days.
Called on 11/23/2009. Same problem- rep said that I don’t get business cards. Eventually told me same thing…7-10 business days. I told him that this is what was told to me on 11/20/2009.
Chat on 12/1/2009 told me the same thing 7-10 business days. I told him we ordered a while ago and if he could call the printing company to get a better understanding of when the cards will be done. He said “nope. There doesn’t seem to be any problem.” Even if business cards are sent tomorrow, it will be here past 10 business days (If they work on Saturdays, it is already past 7-10 bus days)
Called 12/7/2009. Manager not there still? Rep says manager will call 2-3 hours.
12/14/2009 – LM for a manager to call again
12/15/2009 – Manager not there for another 2-3 hours. Says he will call.
1/11/2010 – lm (12:09AM) (2:06PM)
1/14/2010 - (7:15pm)- Barney called me-will make stationary changes for me. Cannot refund $-I told him we do not want business cards at this point just want refund. He says they can’t do that but they can give us discounts on future purchases-informed we will not be using this company any longer with the negative response that we have received so far. Once again thought we didn’t get cards in this package-made him refer to logojeez site which shows that we do. Says that he will have manager or himself call me back Monday. I informed him we will report company & tell other companies not to use them if we don’t hear from them on Monday. He also told me “Josh” is no longer with the company.

Problem #2: Webpage
Called on 11/20/2009 to ask for prices on a webpage. $1500 for simply changing name from NY to NJ and putting it on our own domain!
Rep then continued to call near hourly for almost a week to ask when we wanted the webpage after repeatedly telling him that if we need his services we will call him.

Problem #3: Stationary & Business Card Designs
Told the rep when designing on the phone that we need the text all AS BIG AS POSSIBLE for printing since we had already gone through 1 printing round and what I asked for was completely wrong. We only had 2 revision rounds or it costs more to make. Text still isn’t big enough and when printed by our own company looks horrible because the text is way too small.

Problem #4: Rep lying about manager
12/1/2009 First wouldn’t give me to any manager. Continued to tell me that he’ll take my info to have one call me back. Insisted on getting manager’s extension. Rep (Jimmy) told me that the manager would be in the office in 2-3 hours (this was at about 10am.) Called at 2:30 to manager’s “extension” and another design rep answered and said he won’t be in until tomorrow. Wouldn’t give me to any other upper management to discuss issue.
Called 12/7/2009. Left message. Manager not there still? Rep says manager will call 2-3 hours.
12/14/2009 – LM for a manager to call again – Jimmy called again and said manager will call me today.
12/15/2009 – Manager not there for another 2-3 hours. Says he will call.

PROBLEM #5 VECTOR LOGO
10/24/13 1:00pm Logo Jeez never provided us with a vector file of the logo (only jpg and gif). I called them today to obtain it and they said they no longer have any of our files at all and that they want to charge us $130 to just get a vector file of a logo they should already have…went down to $76 afterwards. Seriously? Charging $76 for a file that they never provided to us in the first place? Very unprofessional.

Everyone can post an opinion but i had a different experience. I got my order within a week from Logojeez. Their support team was very cordial as well. I think Logojeez is a reasonable company for buying design products.

Worst place to get customer service I was late with my payment I understand I would get a call natural but to be treated like a criminal never KNOW I KNOW WHY PEOPLE COMMIT SUECID OR KILL PEOPLE FOR THE TREATMENT... HATE THIS PLACE CAN WAIT TO PAY OFF MY CAR THAT ONCE WAS MY DREAM CAR HATE IT KNOW>>>>
