LNV Corporation/MGC Mortgage review: Foreclosure/personal property left in home

My home in NYS was foreclosed in April 2022. I received Notice of Entry, entered in the office of the Albany county clerk on March 9, 2022, dated April 27, 2022.

I had substantial personal property left in the home. It seems they hired a private company to empty out the house. I had thousands of dollars of personal property left in the home. I had cameras they were collectors items, had items that had sentimental value, collection of books, new items that had never been opened, new clothing and furniture and much more.

I have not been able to contact MGC who was my mortgage servicer to find out if they have stored my belongings or exactly what they did with the property.

I would like to sue them for the personal property left in the home that they removed from the property. I was never contacted about this matter.
