I bought various goods from you on 01 07 2022 and it was decided that all the goods would be delivered to us at [protected]. On the 21st, I waited for the goods until 16:00, until then, no one called me to follow up with the unit. I called your service and they said that your goods will be sent on January 28.

On January 28, at 10 o'clock in the morning, the goods arrived. The carrier of the goods, informed me that one of the packages was damaged while transporting the goods, and I had to inform the service department about this. I called your service department and raised the problem, and Your employee has set a November 11th as the time to deliver the damaged goods.

Considering that I have repeatedly emphasized that I need this bed and deliver this product to me as soon as possible, but they did not accept. Today, I called your service unit and followed the exact time of sending the goods on February 11th. Your colleague informed me that we are sorry, we can deliver the goods to you on February 15 and we do not have an earlier time to ship the goods. I asked him, because I have a guest this week, please be sure to deliver this product to me on February 11, and your colleague said that we cannot do this. I informed your colleague that due to the urgent need of my guest for a bed, if you do not bring the goods on the above date, I will return the goods to you so that we can solve the problem of bed shortage through another company as soon as possible. After a while, I received an SMS from your service unit that our shipping unit will come on February 11th and take back the goods. The question is, how can you treat your customers this way? You did not have time at all on February 11th. It is unlikely that such a thing will happen to a large and reputable company. I am really dissatisfied with your service. Why do you not care about customer time and do not keep your promise?. I look forward to hearing from you as soon as possible.
