Livevox is a scam. Stay far away from them. We signed a contract with them in December 2010 and they assured me that our integration would be done within 10 days. We signed a contract defining a minimum spend of $2500/month based on a minimum of 50 agents. It took them 4+ months to setup the first campaign, and that's as far as they could go. They wasted considerable amount of my staff's time, my own time, and were just the biggest ###s I have ever dealt with in my 7+ years in the call center industry. I've dealt with bad companies before, but Livevox definitely TOPS the bad phone company list.

For example, by the time we terminated our contract (7+ months after signing it), they STILL did not setup our simple inbound IVR which was incredibly simple and straight forward for any VOIP company. These guys spent so much time coming up with excuses as to WHY it isn't done, it was just ludicrous.

We only waited all of this time because we felt that maybe it would eventually get done, but THANK GOD we signed up with another company and left these incompetent ###s. They had the nerve to increase our invoice to $2500 on the very last month (right before we terminated) as if they were finished the work.

I can go on and on about how bad this company is and how everyone in my company was pulling out their hairs dealing with these ###s.

These guys will promise you the world and never deliver even close to what you agreed on. Unless you want these guys to waste your time and lose you money, stay FAR FAR FAR away from LIVEVOX.

Livevox isn't a scam company it is a contact platform.

It contains many companies that use its platform.

There may be scam companies on it, or it may be legitimate collections companies.

I just received a call on an account I owe on. I only have so much money a month, I'm on ss. Some fell by the wayside that I owed on. I'll tell you the little girl I talked to was a hardened collector, but what she didn't realize is you talking over me isn't going to help. I did collections for 10 years, you need to understand that you may be in my position one day and if you are too pushy I'll just hang up.

I agree, a poor product that needs work and customer service to match.

Our contract was a minimum of $8, 000 for 1 year. This the entire reason you go with a cloud company, it scales up and down. With the contract locking you in it makes it hard to scale.
