Lively Great Call review: Customer service to return a jitterbug phone 1

I have tried repeatedly to contact Lively Great call in order to get information in regards to returning my Jitterbug phone. They do not return my calls although I gave their automated response message a call back number and it said that they would call back in four minutes. I bought the phone on July 23 for $116.59 which included tax and postage. I do not like the phone and did not get a manual. They tout this phone as being an easy phone for seniors but that is not the case. You can read the manual or, of course, print out the 100 or more pages! I also want to cancel the monthly fee that they are charging me.
