Tickets sent twice to two different people
Hello,
I bought two tickets for Chelsea Manchester city on Saturday 25 September. When I arrived at the stadium, I was told that the tickets were already used given livefootball tickets sent twice the tickets to two different people. I have since then sent 20 emails to their help desk -usually very responsive- and no answers.
I paid the two tickets £750 and could not attend the game because the other people used my tickets, sent to them by livefootball tickets

Tickets not valid
Bought 4 tickets for me and 3 kids to watch Arsenal v Bournemouth on 28 Decemkber 2016. Picked up the "member season holder cards" from a distributor at the ground but the tickets were not valid. The distributor did manage to get me into the ground but seats were not together. Complained to LiveFootballTickets via 6 separate emails over course of 3 weeks and never received a response from them. Would not recommend this company.
Scammers
I bought tickets for champion league game from livefootballtickets.com website. The seller contacted me and told that they would deliver the tickets to me, but later they started to change the location where they would deliver them. When I tried to contact the seller, the rude and unprofessional operator talked with me. So, they hadn’t delivered my tickets and I lost my money. They mislead customers and took money, but don’t provide the promised services.
I have experienced worst than you - I didnt even get the tickets I paid for. I hate this company and suggests no one use them ever!
