After 3 years of being with livedeal I now understand how they operate. You see your listing but nobody else does. It is not a sale item site, 2/3 of the listings are disapearing, look the site is fraud. All I wanted to do was honest sales on honest items, like move items good sales. LET ME TELL YOU IT WAS NOTHING OF THE KIND NO SALES, BE VERY CAREFUL.

I never signed a contract with live deal or agreed to the terms of the contract. the contract simply states that they are not obligated to honor anything they tell you over the phone. At that point I asked them to refund my money and not begin my campaign. They said to not worry they would not obligate me to sign the contract and they would be happy to give me a three month trial without any commitment. Nothing they initially promised was fullfilled the campaign was a disaster so I canceled my service within the 90 days of the trial period because i never even got to the top 20 pages of google, I was invisible. a month later I looked over my statements only to find that they had billed me for an additional 800.00 without any authorization. I had to cancel my credit card to get rid of these people and I am currently considering pressing charges and a formal complaint against the company unless the money is refunded immediately. Do not do any business with livedeal everything they promise you is false. they will not place you number one in google deal with google directly there are to many seo and key word marketing scams out there this seems to be the scam of the decade. Especially do not give any of these companies youre credit card information. They will use it as there own personal piggy bank.

I signed a contract for a Google Ad words campaign & a web site. They made of mess of the web site. It went live on the wrong url without my approval. They never fixed the problems w/ the web site. The campaign was a dismal failure. I sent a written cancellation notice. A few days later got a call from a mgr named Bob Bratton who acknowledged that the cancellation was valid - that they had billed me $711 that shouldn't have been billed. He wanted me to give them a chance to "prove themselves". What they have proven over & over again is that: 1. They can screw up a wet dream. 2. That they are more dishonest than any company I have ever dealt with. I would list all the problems but I don't have that much time & you don't have enough time to read about all of them. I also know for a fact that there are numerous people whose experience with Live Deal is very similar to mine. They are INCOMPETENT! They are CROOKS! I will take them down if it is the last thing I do!

We signed up for livedeal web advertising, but found them to be a complete waste of money. They will place ads and send traffic to you, but it's all junk - worse than worthless. Save your money. Avoid these idiots - you'll do better placing your own ads on Google Adwords. It's really not that hard.

I talked with a sales agent, gave him my CC # to "Put our listing on the top of google"..never mentioning that they were only an internet marketing co, not part of google. When I read the contract, I refused to sign it, as it had no resemblance to the phone conversation we had. I tried to contact the agent, and sent emails that went unanswered. Purposefully, I'm sure, because they can deny they got anything if they don't acknowledge it. They did, however, charge my credit card for $300 without a contract. I have to wait 4 days to report fraud, so they still have a chance, but if no ones contacted me yet, I don't think they will.
