Little Citizens review: Child care

On October 6,2022 the owner of the daycare called me and told me that a 2-year-old bite my 1-year-old child in her face. She said that she didn't call me right when it happened because she noticed that it was going away but after a 1 hour or two, she realized that it was getting bruised, so she called me and told me. It was hour after the incident happened. Then, again On October 13, 2022, I went to go pick up my child from the day care, when I went to the grocery I notice that she had blood on her face. I check her thoroughly and she had scratch marks on her face to her ears with blood that looked fresh. I tried calling the owner and she didn't answer but responded with a text. I sent her a picture of my child face, she responded and said that she didn't know anything of it and that she instructed the teacher that was supposed be with my child to have her stay with her, but the teacher didn't and that resulted in my child face getting scratched up.
