My mother Liszt her hearing aids she is 88 and lived in Fallbrook California, we were visiting and I helped her order Lively hearing aids on line it said they could be refunded within 100 days if not satisfied. We did the on line hearing test as instructed on line I paid with my credit card because hers was also lost. She received the hearing aids and tried them for about 30 days but no matter what she did they were not comfortable and she did not like them like the one’s she lost. We had by then returned home to Idaho so my sister tried contacting them but she could not get anyone to answer her call or return her call so I called and. Was able to arrange a return label. They returned them over a week ago I have been waiting for my refund that that I have not received. I tried to call and was on hold for over 2 1/2 hours I selected to have a callback they did call back with automated message they did not have anyone to speak with me to try on line. I went to their website and selected to have them call me but I did explain the reason for my call left my phone number selected the time I was available from their list also left my e mail and address. They did not call at appointment time have not e mailed me so I am now doing this to get some kind of response. Dana Jablonski

Desired outcome: I need to know they have refunded my credit card so I can send my mother a check for what she paid me for what I charged on my credit card
