Limitless Ink Tattoo & Piercings Matthew Ray Farrell review: Scammer

Do not I repeat do not come here unless you see Efrin.
The owner set me up with an artist the was high off narcotics and messed my first tattoo up. Took weeks for the owner to make things right.
Even the other artist mentioned that the tattoo I received was horrible. My first time tattoo I paid $140 for a small tattoo that had squiggly lines.
Do not trust the owner (his name is Matthew Ray Farrell) he looks like he needs help. I looked him up in the Arizona online court database search and he has multiple run ins with the law
This guy (Matthew Ray Farrell) will do anything for a quick buck
He's a scammer for sure, you can see he has court records up the wazoo
He's been contracting without a license
He's driving high, without a license, recklessly speeding throughout the state
He probably has an active warrant for his arrest right now so if you see him call your non-emergency line
