Lil Red Lures LLC review: Custom fish bait

I have scheduled two appointments with the above company about ordering a custom fish bait. The first appointment was supposed to be Saturday, May 14th at 10:00 am. But never happened. I made another appointment for Monday, May 23rd at 12:00 pm. The same thing happened; the appointment didn't occur. I do know why, nor do I know how the appointment(s) work. Are they supposed to contact me, or I contact them? They haven't even emailed me explaining why the appointment(s) didn't happen. It would've been nice if they did reach out to me.
