This is the most expensive gym I have ever been a member of in the state of Florida and the most filthiest gym I have ever had the displeasure of being a member of. When you complain they grin at you. The staff will not alert or get a manager for you, they just look at you like you have a nerve to complain. If you are a member wash your hands when you leave, who knows what you have come in contact with. The bathrooms are a disgrace, the tampon waste bags spill out on to the floor, the floors are rarely moped and the shower, well WEAR Flip Flops! They are the only place in my part of town to offer the equipment they do otherwise I would NOT be a member. The attitude of staff and especially corporate is you are nothing to us. When you go to cancel your membership it takes approximately 3 months. Two months are wasted with the 60 day rule and then they take one last month after the fact, which is in the contact, Deceptive!

They may tell you different but my daughter worked there for a few months and confirmed the lack of cleaning and how they are not exactly up front about the contract.

Now try to cancel your membership. They jerk you around when you try to cancel.

Well gee, why don't we READ the actual paper that you are signing BEFORE you sign it. Go ahead, it'll explain every bit of detail you're griping about. Good grief...the laziness in people these days.
