Reached out to Leila Keene about an apartment near the north side. I scheduled to see the apartment, waited around for 45 minutes after the agreed timing before she showed up. I applied for the apartment and the day before signing the lease she told me she expected a 25% brokers fee. I told her I wasn't interested anymore and she kept on texting me saying that there are no apartments in north sidw without fees.. she sends harrassment texts non stop My mistake for not asking upfront but pretty sleazy for springing a big fee last second. Waste of time. Extremely rude and unprofessional. I would avoid working with her at any cost. Should not be in this line of work where he is interacting with customers.
I am unclear about the people who put statements on this website. If you have something to deal with with the people involved approach them, don’t put it all over the Internet for people to see before you know the truth.
This is completely a false statement. I never ask for a fee in 30 years I have never asked for a fee. The fee is paid by the owner. I am the most on-time realtor it will meet and the most straightforward realtor you will meet. I don’t know who would make this false comment but see for yourself I am the most reliable and knowledgeable realtor you will work with. Just wait and see.

Leila Keene is the sister to Judith Keene Greenspan and Michael Keene. Nephew Aaron Jacob Greenspan is an online serial cyberstalker, doxer and harasser of many victims, so he can make some money with his data mining, monetized website plainsite.org since 2011 with his partner Eric Steven Teasley. The father of Aaron J Greenspan, Neil Sanford Greenspan is the VP and Treasurer and Board Member of their fraudulent 501(c)(3) Think Computer Foundation and Think Computer Corporation. The mother Judith Keene Greenspan is also a Board Member of Think Computer Corporation and Think Computer Foundation and has various for profit monetized websites. Aaron Greenspan also uses his two Twitter accounts @plainsite and @aarongreenspan to upload highly sensitive legal and personal information to promote his plainsite.org and to destroy anyone's reputation that makes an attempt to disclose his crimes to the world.
Leila Keene's grandmother Evelyn Keene set up a Trust Fund and put her son Michael Keene in charge of all their real estate properties and other wheelings and dealings:

There was no such trust fund and there were no such real estate holdings so whoever is writing, this is absolutely incorrect. Also, Aaron Greenspan is a very, very hard worker so someone who could say that he doesn’t like to work is absolutely incorrect. This is all false statements.
I used Leila Keene - Baird & Warner [protected] — leila keene, agent, agent • chicago, il to sell my condo . This was a big mistake, that I truly regret making. I wish I had these honest reviews before listing my property. I write this review to make sure others do not make the same mistake I did. If your realtor says something, vocalizes a plan for the sale, reviews process of the sales, open houses, process for going through escrow, etc. get it in writing. I was very disappointed as I had a conversation with the realtor and took very good notes and it all ended up being lies, some of which cost me an additional $15, 000 in the escrow office at the time of signing the papers to sell the property. This was a terrible experience, and I hope that no one has to go through the same unprofessional behavior that I had to encounter. I did file a complaint with the BBB and the State Real Estate Board. The complaint to the BBB was never answered by Intero, thus proving that they do not care. It is also interesting that keene never responded to me, the customer in seeing what went wrong, how can they fix the situation or even simply apologize. So I am re-posting with much more detail to make it clear that they did provide a service and it was horrible.

False promises - lack of the truth - unprofessional - deplorable business practices - be aware and find an agency and a agent that can abide by ethical standards, honesty and integrity. This is NOT the establishment to work with or patronize!
I have also filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and Intero refused to address the concerns or even respond. Check their rating on the BBB web site and the complaints listed.

I would appreciate if you would put your name to this statement as this is not how I work I don’t believe you could put such a statement out there without putting your name to it. I work very hard at what I do and I am a very straightforward by the book realtor so I would appreciate if people would put their names on something so we could deal with it. I never heard from you and I never needed to respond because I never saw something to respond to.
I had a very bad experience with Leila Keene cannot recommend her to anyone. I could have not had a worse experience with leila keene. She dropped the ball in all areas, lied to me about non disclosed items stating that I could not have a contractor review a few areas of concern that we saw, even though my documents clearly stated that I could. And then stating if anything was revealed after the escrow I had 30 days to make corrections blah blah blah. Little did I know she was the listing agent and my agent was her puppet. After escrow (yes I believed what they said) they were gone and I mean gone. Found several problems and the areas of concern were exactly that. NON DISCLOSED work that lead to thousands of dollars in problems. When she came to my house to meet with me she coyly looked and me and said "you dont like it, sell the house" I could not believe my ears. If you had such a bad experience with me, why won’t you put your name on this? This is not how I work. I have been a realtor for 30 years and I am extremely reliable and look out for the buyers. Best interest if that’s what I am working with And I make sure they know everything about the property they could possibly know so if this is your experience, I’d like to know who you are to post something like this is absolutely unacceptable. I work for a very reputable real estate company and if you have problems, you should be speaking to the managing broker about these, so we can face the problem straightforward Try for yourself. This will not be your experience.
Don't go here because they'll cheat you for your money and take advantage of your naiveness.
Make sure to view the listings carefully and if you decide to go with them they will make you sign an agreement that states that you will pay 25% broker fee regardless of any verbal discussions.
I'm going to keep my review short, Charmed me with his "transparent" informatio, Made me take keys to go look at apartments on my own, Showed me apartments that were listed as NO FEE via landlords on several apartments listing websites.Response to when I was trying to negotiate the fee was very short and unprofessional.Didn't even have the courtesy to show up to my lease signing, but it's all business right?I talked to two other sources about my experience, by showing me a NO FEE apartment and collecting the 25% broker fee. Both agreed it was unethical if anything no more than a months worth of rent for his time which I was not opposed to because I truly believed he was a GENUINE guy.

Aaron Greenspan does not like to work and earns his money with his partner Eric Teasley, by data mining millions of legal dockets from various sources, such as Pacer and any court where they can get their hands on free documents, then they upload these legal documents on to their data mining doxxing monetized website plainsite.org and in coordination with the Twitter accounts @plainsite and @aarongreenspan, Aaron Greenspan and Eric Teasley throw people's legal documents and highly sensitive information all over the place, so they can make as much profit as possible with their disgusting cyberstalking monetized website plainsite.org and they have zero empathy, as it's only about them making that easy money and nothing else.
Aaron Greenspan has destroyed thousands of people's careers and reputations under the guise of the First Amendment? The First Amendment is not allowed to be used to go on the attack with people's legal documents and destroy people's livelihoods and reputations online, but this is exactly what plainsite.org is doing since 2011.
