Legit Church Street review: Refund

I bought a dirty trouser at legit church street on the 9th of December 2022, the same day I was heading limpopo unfortunately when I got home the trousers did not fit and I went to my nearest legit with a proof of purchase at they told me they cannot assist me to exchange the size of the trouser since it was dirty. On the 4th of January I went to church street to refund the trouser since they did not have the size I wanted and the manager said they gonna give me a voucher since well they did not have enough cash, while I was in the que there was a lady who was paying her account using cash and I said since well the customer used cash can I have cash instead of a voucher and they changed their story to say they cannot exchange or refund me since the trouser is dirty, I even went to an extent to show them how big the trouser is and the was no way I could have worn a trouser that is big, I called the customer care today the 5th and they said the manager is going to call, she call and she was very rude to me she even told me she cannot exchange or refund me.
