Legion Sabres review: Toy ‘star wars’ neopixel lightsaber

I purchased a ‘neopixal’ star wars light sabre from legion sabres. The cost was aud521.00. When I received the product, it was quickly noticed to be faulty - the light sabre did not ‘light up’. On investigation it was evident that the wires were broken. Legion sabres sent a ‘repair kit’ which was in fact a replacement part. When installed, the sabre still did not work. Legion sabres refuses to replace the item or refund my money, claiming that their refund policy doesn’t allow for it. Disgraceful that a company can sell a faulty product and not honour a replacement or a refund!
