George Lambert is a Russian attorney (real name is Youriy Petchenkine) whom I hired for a minor car accident. Unfortunately, George Lambert was convinced that I had multi million dollar claims and went at windmills instead of settling my case as many reasonable lawyers would have done. I went through the reviews online related to George Lambert, and walked away with an impression that most are false attempts at self marketing. As a result of George Lambert's complete incompetence, I was forced to pay defendant's attorney's fees and sanctions. This guy gets sanctioned and files insane suits possibly hoping to extract nuisance settlements. He has failed thus far it seems. He is hard working but completely delusional and does not know what he is doing. Horrible.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
I agree. George lambert is an ###. Has some type of mental disorder. I don't think he ever passed the bar.
George Lambert (aka Youry Petchenkin) professes to be an expert in securities law, asset tracing, personal injury, family law, and virtually everything under the sun. The fact of the matter is that he has only had a law license for several years, and has had no formal mentoring or law firm training. His East European cultural background, awkward and unethical character turned him into a somewhat courageous, albeit utterly illiterate, novice attorney. He is prolific at filing motions and unsubstantiated, and at times irrational complaints. Lying to judges, forging documents, and refusing to follow discovery and other civil procedure rules has almost caused him to loose his license with the 9th Circuit. He begged the court for leniency, claiming ignorance, and was spared.
He had been sanctioned multiple times, but only seems encouraged by how forgiving our legal system really is. Lambert's ability to turn out and file paper make him potentially formidable in simple plaintiff's cases where a contingency arrangement is in place. A word of caution is goes to people considering his services for anything more than a simple personal injury matter - Lambert lacks rational judgment, and is unable to communicate well.
This may be party attributed to English still being a foreign language for him, although I tend to believe that there is some other health related (mental) disorder. I would not be surprised if Lambert ends up getting disbarred and in prison in the next few years. He takes huge risks with the courts and the few clients that he finds along the way.
Agreed. George Lambert, Russian lawyer practicing with a DC license out of Boston area is a disaster. 9th Circuit held a disbarment hearing after Lambert's 1st year practicing law. Look up his real name - Petchenkine to learn more. Look up 9th circuit. Guy is a bone fide wackjob. He never did any work, never send retainer agreement, just started billing for a personal injury case in DC.

He never returns calls; lambert was disciplined by 9th circuit after practicing for 1 year. stay as far from this wacko as possible. he tries to do personal injury cases, but takes on anything if he thinks he can make money. completely unethical and surprisingly dense. he claims to hold Ph.D from Russia... Probably bought it during Peristroika...
this guy has a serious language problem. translates from russian. does not return calls... i dont know how he became a lawyer or if he really is licensed to practice law. weird guy.
Youry Petchenkine aka George A Lambert is a nightmare. Lives near Boston. Not sure if went to law schools... PI lawyer trying to find any client, and find a big score in any case he can latch onto.
