This attorney represented me for 9 month in a child custody case, for 9 month he refused to meet me in his office that I thought it was strange till one day I wanted to pay him and I drove to the address he listed for his business turn out it is his house address. He came to my house 3 times to meet me and discuss my case which I thought it was unprofessional, he only emailed me or texted me to discuss my case, I asked him several times to meet with him once a month for an hour and talk about the case, he refused and wanted to keep the communication by phone, email, or text and he charged me for every single second including the text messages and emails.
He never deliver what he told me he can or will do, and when I disputed the bill with him he went after my bank account and took my money and left me and my 2 daughters without a penny.
He is the worst lawyer and I would not recommend this lawyer to anyone. He talks to much and never deliver

The assertions by Mr. Nedal Seyam concerning my effectiveness in representing him, and our financial relationship, contained in his posting of February 2 are simply false. I recognize that simply stating this may not be sufficient for some readers, so I have provided a link that will permit you to read a more detailed demonstration of the falsity of these accusations. The link includes relevant Court documents from the actual case files, so that unbiased readers can see for themselves what the real facts were and are in this situation. In those Court documents, the case identified by number 07 CV 6725 is the child custody and support case in which I agreed at Mr. Seyam’s request to represent him. The case identified by number 11 LA 9851 is the suit Mr. Seyam forced me to file against him in order to obtain payment for the services I had provided him. Not only do the documents demonstrate that any delays in prosecuting the litigation were not caused by me; more importantly, my services resulted in court judgments that gave Mr. Seyam everything he was seeking from the Court: namely, physical custody of his two children, including changing the physical custody of one child from his ex-wife to himself, and termination of his child support payments.
His assertions about methods of communication are irrelevant to a) the reasons he hired me, b) the quality of the services I performed, and c) the highly favorable results of those services. Communication between him and me clearly did not disadvantage Mr. Seyam in the slightest. The reality is I promised Mr. Seyam in writing to perform those services. In return, Mr. Seyam had promised in writing to pay for those services. I performed the services, with excellent results. But Mr. Seyam refused to pay for those services as he had agreed to do. I had fully lived up to my commitments under that agreement, while he reneged on his. Those are the simple facts of the matter, and Mr. Seyam’s misrepresentations, mischaracterizations, and untruths in his posting are nothing more than camouflage in an attempt by him to get something for nothing.
