laverty law firm review: NO REFUND 12

Began paying this firm $1000.00 in June 2009, through September 2009: I paid them a total of $4000.00. I received no help whatsoever from this firm. They turned me over to another entity. I have been trying to get my $4000.00 back since January 2010. All of my calls and emails have been left unanswered. They have not offered me anything that was any service that was acceptable to me. I want my money back because no service was provided for me that they had said that they would do.

CA bar complaint has been filed. I have confirmed that Layton has received my complaint. Investigation takes time. Jeffry Cancilla was also an owner - sold it to Lavety, I believe. I WILL be patient!

Every person who complains directly to the State Bar of California attention Thomas Layton thomas.layton@calbar.ca.gov and to Investigator Don Holford with the Orange County DA's office (major fraud unit-real estate complaint form right on first page at www.orangecountyda.com ) will be heard and ensure that Gary Digirolamo (he owns Attorney Processing Center and has your money, he also owned Solution Law Group) and Craig Laverty and Philip Kramer all go to prison. The State Bar has a victims fund that can re-pay you but not if you don't complain. Google the California State Bar and right on the first page of their website is the complaint form that you should file against Laverty, Digirolamo, Philip Kramer, Solution Law Group, Solution Processing, Attorney Processing Center, Law Offices of Kramer and Kaslow etc. Make sure to email the complaint also to thomas.layton@calbar.ca.gov as he is the investigator who is in charge of this case. The case is actively being worked by the Orange County Sheriff's, the OC DA's office and most importantly the State Bar. Don't wait, file your complaints now.

I am from the state of texas and we all need to sue this man and company and at least try to receive some kind of settlement for distress and emotion demage plus get our refund back but all need to come together on this, even thought I am from texas, I will back up anyone. We need to get Craig Micheal Laverty. I have also reported then to the BBB, the attorney General from the state of California and my Attorney General of the state of Texas. The bar will be next and I would say the supreme court. My name is Maria Cooper...Lets stand up against this MONSTER.

The $2, 000 refund check I received had a STOP PAYMENT from their bank after I had already deposited it and took out the cash! I am now overdrawn on my account and those shysters won't return my call and neither does PHILIP KRAMER the attorney that lends his name to all these shyster outfits. I am filing a complaint with the CA Bar Association against Philip Kramer and Kramer & Kaslow. I can't believe they would go thru the motions of sending me a partial refund and then stop payment. How much more lacking in integrity can they be? Google the owner of Attorney Processing Center LLC and check out his colorful and criminal past with real estate fraud and securities fraud. I'm shocked that Philip Kramer would have anything to do with this guy but I can't get a call back from him either.

Complaints have been filed with Better Business Bureau, Federal Trade Commission, CA Attorney General and today I am sending my complaint to the CA Bar Association so they will open an investigation into Philip Kramer and Kramer & Kaslow. I have two homes, so my complaint is the same as the other people here but times two - so a total of $10, 000 - not to mention all the additional fees, back payments, that I didn't make cuz I was paying THEM, and attorney fees to save my home from the auction block at the last second! Actually, I did that myself at the last hour, literally; called my own mortgage company and begged them to remove my home from the next day's auction list. According to my mortgage company, they were only contacted ONE time by the Laverty Law Firm loan mod. people. These guys did not do one thing they said they would do. I could have done this alone between the mortgage company and myself, and, in fact, that is how it ended up after NINE long months of them doing whatever they were doing! Does anyone know if there is a class action suit going on with this? In all total for both houses - close to $20, 000.

Wow, tallgoddess, how long did it take from the time you gave them money, to the time you filed the complaint, until the time you got the refund? I would be interested to know which each of the agencies told you regarding your complaint! I'm very happy for you - it gives me hope!

It's funny with this place - I called yesterday and someone actually answered the phone - named Laurie. She seemed pretty helpful and told me to re-send my refund request to her e-mail as well as the fileintake e-mail. Her e-mail bounced almost immediately. The other didn't. I told her I would call back to day to make sure the request was received. When I called, she put me on hold and never answered! I called back several times in a row, waited an hour or so, then called back again. Someone named Adam answered and told me Laurie was "busy" and that he would give my message to someone who would call me back. He would not give any names or give me any information, and said it was his first day! (Right) Also, I found out Lauruen Bolton and Roge Rupp are no longer there - I don't know if you can believe that, but both of their e-mails bounce too.

I'd be interested to know others' tactics, especially yours, tallgoddess, to know what might work.

The "attorney" involved in my case was not Craig M. Laverty it was Philip Kramer from Kramer & Kaslow. What a racket they have going.

I can't help you get a refund, but I can tell you I'm in the same boat. They have stolen the money you and I have paid. I have filed several complaints. File complaints with everyone who will allow it - The California Bar, Better Business Bureau, California Attorney General, your state's Attorney General for starter. Maybe if everyone who has had money stolen from Craig M. Laverty, Solutions Processing, LLC we will be heard! Please contact me.

Lauren Bolton is a nice person, but she is either a decoy or has no clue who she works for.

We too paid these crooks $4500 to do a modification and they did nothing but take our money. Now they are no where to be found. We attempted to call on several ocasions and a couple of different phone numbers and they are all disconnected. We are trying to get our money back but we really don't know what route to take. It's horrible how you put your trust in some one and they just screw you over, especially with these tough economical times everyone is going through.

I too sent the laverty law group money for a loan mod. I sent them 5600.00 they did nothing and i am now in forclosure.
