I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with my recent online purchase of a Whirlpool Washing Machine, model WTW4855HW, under Online Order #[protected], placed on June 5, 2013, through Lastman's Bad Boy Superstore. My frustration arises from a series of unprofessional and unsatisfactory experiences during this purchase.

To recap the events:

On June 5, 2013, I placed an online order, and the payment was deducted on June 6th. I chose online shopping for its convenience, expecting delivery within 2-3 weeks.

By the end of June, no delivery communication occurred. Upon inquiry, I learned the appliance had arrived damaged, necessitating a replacement.

A new delivery date of July 15th was set but passed without communication or delivery.

In subsequent calls, I was offered alternative appliances due to delays but found none matching the specifications and price of my original order.

I anticipated a smooth online shopping experience but encountered delays, miscommunication, and a lack of transparency. This caused undue stress, wasted time, and financial strain. Interest charges accrued on my credit card balance, including interest on the money spent for the purchase, during the extended delay.

I kindly request:

Review and enhancement of customer service and communication processes for online customers.

Compensation as a goodwill gesture for the inconvenience endured, including interest charges on both the credit card balance and the money spent for the purchase.

I believe compensation would not only demonstrate Lastman's Bad Boy Superstore's commitment to customer satisfaction but also alleviate my financial burden caused by this frustrating experience. A prompt resolution will ensure that no other customers face similar issues.
