On July 9, 2022, I went in Laser Way for a Stomach sculpture the salesperson said the procedure was FDA approval, after my procedure I waited after 30 days I call laser way let them know that my stomach still was the same there no change I come in on a Sunday of September 6, 2022, I came in on November 5, and the nurse said I was no longer in their system I have complaint twice to the account manager I was supposed to receive a phone call and a follow-up email that have not taken place yet No one at Laser Way are on the same page. I have a credit loan of 3,300. I made three payments of 557.96 my balance 2.742.04 I should not have to make any more payments since the body sculpture that did not work, I have a small pouch of my stomach that I wanted to remove the body sculpture is a scam it does not work.

Desired outcome: I would like for Laser Way to refund my 557.96 canceled the loan from Ally credit card.
I purchased the clear and brilliant laser treatment for my deep acne scar. I was told that it was the good treatment for my skin concern. Later I consulted a professional dermatologist. She said clear and brilliant laser is not the right treatment for my skin concern. So I will request a refund. Since I have seen a lot of reviews saying that they won’t refund you, I worry that they will give me the same answer.
