I recently purchased a 2015 Porsche Macan from your dealership with a extended warranty, because the car was having a lot of noises that we report to the sales personal and manager, the day we sign the contract they promise to fix everything in the car. Within 2 weeks of having the car it started having more problems that we report (AC loud – brakes making noises - big oil leak) I have already brought the vehicle in to your service deparment 5 times in less than 70 days and each time employees told me they cant fixed it, on september 1 service center told me to repair the car from the big oil leak cost 6875 dollars! Plus that takes 4-7 weeks to repair these car, so I have to stay without a car. These oil leak was a preexisting problem that dealer and service center hide.

What was supposed to be a pleasurable purchase has turned into a nightmare. For these purchase I trade in my previous car plus 2000 down.

I paid monthly 689 for the car, 366 for a extended warranty and 386 insurance for a car sold in bad conditions.

One of the most disturbing things about these purchase was to find on August 4 2022 that my extended warranty was never approve, I call Alpha warranty services and they told me they don’t approve it and that they send a letter to the dealer saying why, I call the dealer and after 1 hour they told me “im really sorry they did send the letter but we don’t check the mailbox to much” we are going to make these right send a check and the warranty is on.

Utah Law said if a dealer sells a third-party warranty or service contract to the purchaser of a motor vehicle and collects a fee or premium from the customer, the dealer must pay the warranty or service contract company and ensure the warranty is in effect within 15 days of the dated of sale.

Failure of a dealer to remit the fee within 15 days is grounds for dealer licence supension and allows the customer a cause of action againts the dealer for damages that otherwise would have been covered by the warranty or service contract.

I don’t buy these car with a extended warranty to heard now from your service center and sales person want me to paid for these damages. Im not willing to accept these car anymore without having a mechanic outside of your service center verify that it is good condition.

Desired outcome: replacement
