I made a purchase of a Frederic Remington, Bronco Buster from The LARGE ART COMPANY .

When I called Largeart, they were very friendly and helpful(at first).

Once payment was made... To hell with the customer. My shipment was to be via a specified carrier (we agreed on)that would deliver to my door. Instead, three-weeks after the promised delivery date, I received a call from a carrier that I had never heard of. They insisted that I must come to pick up my package or it would be returned to sender. When I called LARGEART they told me that they never guarantee to ship by a specific carrier. That was a lie! They had!

When I went to pick up the item, the cowboys' head was sticking through the box and was dented and scratched. I told the shipper I refused to sign for it and then called Large art and insisted that they give me a refund. They refused, and told me if I returned it that it would be theirs as they do not give refunds due to shippers breaking items. It was not the shippers fault the sculpture was not packed adiquately and had come through the side of the box.

They claim to have been in business for 20 years(MD Secretary of State said, "7/14/2005" hmm, who to believe?)can't even pack a sculpture for shipping? Really? In the end I ended up keeping the piece and when I finally had the piece repaired, the foundary showed us the "Made in China" sticker.

Consider yourself warned!

These guys are a fraud!

Above Counterfeit Statuary Victim

"A recent survey reveals one in five consumers got stung by online crime in the past two years, including identity theft, phishing and other counterfeit branded product fraud. Chinese and Mexican junk counterfeit branded Frederic Remington statues to counterfeit Nike's...even RX medicines."

FIRST
make sure you only buy legitimate branded Frederic Remington® statues. The real deal sells for roughly $21, 000.00 for a Broncho Buster or Cheyenne for example.. These are the registered famous federal Trademark branded statues.

When consumers buy they do well to keep two things in mind: If it doesn't sell for close or at the above price, and two if doesn't bear the federal ® after the Brand name Frederic Remington®. You are the victim of federal crimes having been committed against you in violation of NEW 18 USC2320 America's criminal anti counterfeiting law.

Counterfeit "trafficking" is a felony, it violates the Laws of the United States. it also robs billions of dollars from our economy each year...$250 billion annually!

Formalize your complaint:
Contact S.A. Charles Sperber FBI Cybor Crimes, Boston FBI Office--S.A. Sperber knows all about the so called Frederic Remington museum in N.Y. and their counterfeiting partner in operating a counterfeit Frederic Remington branding criminal enterprise.

See FrederickRemington.com for details.

Also, contact DHS I.C.E. in your area and the area of Large Art so the local office to you may coordinate your criminal complaint for you with the office nearest where your counterfeit statue was shipped to you from, or where the Large Art Com claims its offices to be located.
