This complaint is about Lam Wah Ee Hospital especially the head of hospital handling my case. I find that the person has unfairly treated me and immoral for Dr Tan Chee Khuan, Psyhicatrist and the head of hospital to blacklist me. I do not recommend such hospital if you are seeking treatment for bodily issue. I copied my recent complaint here. Hopefully won't be deleted.

I refer to my complaints made via letters and email back in 2019 to Hospital Lam Wah Ee.

I was surprised that I was blacklisted by hospital and was told that my psychiatrist who has consulted me for many years denied my access as well today. The blacklisting wasn't communicated to me.

I am displeased with the process and result of the investigation. I reported to hospital customer service that its physical therapist causing me distress and bodily harm. Have I harmed anyone? I disagreed I did. If hospital doesn't think so, why not take legal action or report to the police? If it is showing empathy, why blacklisting me?

I find the investigation and result is superficial and biased without taking into consideration the following supporting circumstance and facts :

1. I have been customer for this hospital for more than 20 years, seen many doctors and physical therapist and my conduct has always been excellent.
2. I have been diagnosed with mental illness since 2008 and been seeing Dr Tan Chee Khuan (Psychiatrist) at your hospital for many years. I even have OKu card. If my behavior is less than very polite, have they thought I could be operating under less than normal capacity and was provoked by their physical therapist who lacked of care and standard? In short, my mental health could have been compromised.
3. Why hospital didn't invite me to come and talk to get more complete information? Based on CCTV is enough as evidence? Recently, there was a video circulating online with a foreigner claiming that shop staff pushing her. Was it really the case or the fact that the staff was defending and blocking her?
4. The head of hospital shows serious lack of care to patient, what's more it is not a free service? This is a patient has history of mental illness for many years and could be lacking normal alertness or ability or under influence of medication (many mental illness caused serious drowsiness). Has investigator looked into my medical record especially under psychiatrist department?
5. It was reported in the news that there was a man tried to burn hospital room in 2018. It seems suspicious to me that the hospital might be relating my case with this. I have let my case rest after hospital board has not replied to my subsequent complaint until now.

Hospital is supposed to have a high standard and meant to treat and care for customers with issue. Customers are not there for holiday, what's more your hospital has been set up as a non profit organization. Would hospital accept any convicted criminal as customer? It is only right for your hospital to do so as it is not a hotel but essential. service. I disagree with hospital investigation and blacklisting and find that the hospital can be better managed by other more capable staff.

If I have caused any harm, hospital should have reported to police or take legal action. Unilateral decision using your power to blacklist me without having me participating in the discussion is abusing their authority. Hospital shows lack of care by not considering my medical history including my other medical record with numerous doctors elsewhere and circumstance I was living during those times.

Doctors are supposed to have highly regarded in the society but seems lately, circumstances are pointing that some ax don't deserve such title. Kindly retrieve my information and I seek your more thorough investigation over this.
