2023 a neighbors tree branch fell on my car causing over $7,000.00 in repairs. Several years ago (5) a tree on my home roof causing damage. I am still threatened by heavy falling tree branches every windy day. I cannot keep my car on my driveway as the driveway is in the path of the tree should it fall. The trees are the property of the mobile park.

Desired outcome: Repeated requests to the mobile park landlord to remove tree has been ignored for 5 years. The tree belongs to Lakeside Affiliates, llh. For my safety, the tree has to be cut down.
