Lakemont Academy review: Horrible directors in Lakemont Academy

I am writing to express my serious concerns about the behavior of two staff members, Martli and Steven, at Lakemont Academy (5015 Lakemont Blvd SE, Bellevue, WA 98006). During our short time at the daycare, both of them have made my child cry in front of me. I believe this demonstrates a lack of experience, irresponsibility, or a lack of empathy for young children. Regardless of the reason, it is unacceptable and they should not be working in the childcare industry.

While I am unable to provide specific details at this time due to my child still being in this center, I want to highlight that the teachers at the daycare have been kind and my child seems to enjoy their company.

I hope you will take immediate action to ensure that all staff members provide the level of care and attention that young children need and deserve.
