This guy is a scammer. He takes your more, tells you anything you want to hear and doesn't finish the job. I could go on for days about what a s-bag this guy is. He broke every agreement and failed every inspection then just left and now im stuck with a pool that failed inspection and has rocks under the liner. He never even gave me my winter cover. Please Please Please do not use him. I have to take legal action, costing me more money! This is not a fake I will produce contracts and pics.

Reported to be out of business by the Better Business Bureau, couldn't happen to nicer thieves.

A horrendous experience. Johnnis a total liar and a scam artist. Stay away. And stay away from S&L pools as well they are absolutely disastrous. And John from leisure pools recommended him. Disgusted !

Before last summer, there were no complaints on this company. In April, 2013, they installed my neighbor's pool in Long Island NY. We gave John a deposit. June 30th, 2013, John actually asked for half the money up front in order the transport the pool over the bridge from NJ to LI. That transport was to happen over the next couple of days. the pool traveled all that way on a rickety trailer and hung so low to the ground that it looked like it must've hit the road on the long transport from NJ to Long Island NY. The pool was delived late at night. John's crew showed up the next morning and worked dilligently to install the pool. That's when the problems started - the electrician refused to honor the contract which provided that electric was included. The concrete guy would not return phone calls and consequently the cost of the concrete collar, which was part of our negotiations, was not honored. Ultimately we had to hire our own electrician and mason to do the work. We later realized that he pool was installed out of level, the pool, which is black has a whte spot and the pool has a leak. Despite phone calls to the company and promises by John that they would take care of it, a year later and the problems have not been fixed. We now have to try to go through Leisure pools to make the repairs under the warranty. STAY AWAY FROM LADYBUG POOLS!

I could not agree more. This company is a complete sham. They(john) are scam artists and pathological liars. Promises the world then just runs away and won't answer the phone. Took more than a year to start getting progress. Unfortunately there field manager Josh was the only good part of the entire project. I would recommend working with him as he is very helpful and does what he can to make things right but I would never recommend this company to anyone. Stay far away!

This company should be brought up on criminal charges. I specifically had them write in the contract that Ladybug Pools would be responsible for the electrical and concrete subcontractors. The concrete guy was OK, hard to schedule but he did good work. LBP changed electrical contractors (unknown to me) but didn't change the permit. New electrician used the wrong wire, over sized the breaker ( deadly), didn't use conduit, made an absolute mess, and failed the final inspection. John from LBP ignored my calls unless I called from a different phone, he always promised something but never followed up. Don't fall for Ladybug Pools.

I have a problem with them for different reasons, I provided escort cars for several of their pools in the beginning of the summer, now they have failed to pay invoices in a timely manner and I have to chase them every week for a check to pay off these services.

Yep, same thing happened to me. I gave him $750.00 for deposit - thank goodness he did not show to install my pool, but still lost a couple thousand in permits, specs & deposit. He lied and his co-workers lied right to my face. This is not a fake, it is true what is being said. I too, am very sorry to hear that they actually showed up to install the above's pool. Those of us who dealt with all the broken promises and contracts are still better off. Lady bug pools - give the people their money back, don't be more of a theif then you already have been.

We were getting numerous delays as well. Thank God we did not give him any money! We are only 600.00 in the whole for the permit. So sorry to hear your story, but I'm so glad you shared it.
