I am highly upset because i spent over 200 dollars on hair that i have yet to receive i placed my order on july 4 and i was told that i would receive my hair between july 17th and the 23rd i have yet to receive my order i have been constantly emailing them and they do not respond and their phone number is no longer in service i never received a tracking number only a confirmation
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
To be fairly clear. Their previous owners were not up to par with the delivery and that was 5 years ago.
The business has new owners and so far it has been amazing for the past 4 years. With a much better quality hair.
The business is much bigger now and usually deals with bigger clients and salons.
I encourage you to try them as they're very fast now.
I've had the same problem with LadyBeeHair!
They have very very very poor customer service I will not be ordering from
them every again! I wanted my hair by my birthday so I order ahead of time.
And I've still haven't receive an tracking number, or an email! Worst company

Omg! I have the same problem! I have been waiting for 2 and a half months now, and when i emailed them for a refund they stopped replying my emails! I dont know what to do
This company is atrocious. Please contact your credit company immediately in order to chargeback the item you bought - that is what I'm going to do. I've asked for a tracking number on numerous occasions and nothing but they were fine when I was originally ordering. Nearly $300 wasted and I had them assure me about receiving it before I ordered. What an effin joke! I wish I saw these complaints before investing my money and time so please beware!
