On 05/01/2023 I bought a 2013 Hyundai Sonata from K&Y AUTO SALES. I check the car out to the best of my ability. A week later I took the car to my mechanic to get an oil change. I was then told that the car had a crack in the engine. I immediately contacted the Saler told them the situation and that I either wanted my money or a new car. The mechanic then informed me that they knew the car was like this because they had covered it with black tar. So, they claimed to not have any knowledge of this problem. They then stated that they would give me another car. so, we set a date for me to come down there to Miami Saturday. so, I drove all the way from Central Florida. One of the mechanics explained that they wouldn't be back until Monday. So, I'm frustrated because they made me drive all the way down from where I was at. For nothing they explained that it was a miss communication, so I give them the benefit of the doubt. I then told them that I will take legal action if needed then they told me that wouldn't be necessary they were going to give me another car or if I didn't like what I see a refund. Do we set another date then on this day I call them, and they said OK so by the time I get to palm beach I called them and they're not answering the phone. I didn't want to waste my time. so I didn't go all the way to Mimi. So, I called them first thing in the morning now they weren't answering the phone at all. They blocked me even till this day whenever I call the salesmen the office no one picks up.

Desired outcome: I would like to be compensated for my time being wasted plus the all the oil i have to put in the car also my money back from the purchase of the car.
