Kurzyme review: One Person Ongoing Supply KZ1PCON

I saw the product in a health magazine and called the company to order it. I was told that I would have to pay for it so I didn't go ahead with my order. Two days later I received a call from them telling me that they would send it to me free of charge for one month and if satisfied with it, I would be charged for further orders. In December, I received two bottles without a despatch note.

On 15 January this year £23.70 was taken from my account; I assume it is for one of the bottles. I do not wish to keep it and want a refund especially as I wan't given a chance to re-order; I want to ensure that they don't deduct anymore money from my account. As the company is in switzerland and I have no address details, I don't know what to do.
