DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY.

I ordered $250 worth of egyptian blue lotus 2 months ago, no lotus has arrived, and I have tried many times to contact KT botanicals with NO REPLY and NO REFUND. I am an herbalist who does not have an abundance of money to lose. Some of this order was for students of mine, so I had to refund their money out of my own pocket.

I have never had this bad of an experience ordering online from any company IN MY LIFE. There is no way to contact them, or to ensure that your money is safe. You will lose your money if you order from them, you will not receive your order, and they will not respond back to you even if you flood them with emails.

I cannot believe they can get away with this, I am going to take as much legal action as I can. This is stealing people's money with no regard for ethics or legality at all.

After a couple months since my order, I did finally receive word from KT botanicals. The day that I posted this review my money was refunded, and they did contact me. They sent the lotus order without charge, and called me many times asking to take down the negative reviews.

I am very grateful the money was refunded, and the lotus was sent. However I was not happy about the many phone calls and the requests/demand to take down the negative reviews. I am a very busy person running a business and did not have the time right away to write update my negative reviews. This is part of the consequence of treating customers the way they did.

I am not sure if I had not written this (and a few other) negative reviews if my money would have been refunded, and the lotus sent.

I will not work with KT botanicals again, but I am very thankful they refunded the money, and sent the lotus free of charge which they did not have to do, and I realize this.

There are so many reasons to give this company a negative feedback. First off, they lie, lie, lie. Second off, they DO cut their Kratom. They even admitted it to me (unknowingly to them). That is why all you people are complaining about their stuff seeming so low grade and cheap. It's because its not pure! It's cut with other inert plant material so they can stretch it out and make more money off all of us.

My last order took a month to get to me. Even though they charged my credit card as soon as I placed the order. They didnt tell me they didnt have it in stock when I purchased... I had to wait until weeks passed by and I contacted them asking whats up? Then they make up excuses, um we cant get it just yet, etc. Then it comes finally, weak as crap (because they cut it with who knows what just so they could ship me out something). Dont trust what they write about their products on their website. Its not true! They just write whatever will sell the product, and that's what they do!

Please, do not waste your time and money on them. Go somewhere else! Anywhere else but here. They do not deserve the money ripping people off online like this. Youre in for a heartache and stress and a cheap product if you get roped into buying from KtBotanicals. 2013 review here. This is a recent experience.

KT Botanicals will rip you off, then send disrespectful and rude emails when they get caught, and they won't refund your money. KT Botanicals has posted many fake positive comments on various online sites. KT Botanicals offered me a 15% discount if I post postive comments about them. KT Botanicals will hold your money and NOT send your order until many days have passed. KT Botanicals will not have items in stock, not tell you and hold on to your money until they receive the item.

Still waiting on a PRIORITY shipment 7 BUSINESS days old. No reply to emails. I love the fact they have my money and my product. I now get to contact my bank to get my money back. Making my living online as well, I am VERY aware of what it costs to send a 2 ouce package ( first class) so I know Ive been ripped off on shipping. I also am aware of how long it takes to ship either 1st class or priority, nationwide and am almost at past twice that time frame. Ripoff artist. STAY AWAY.

Travis and I reached an agreement. I just want to say, If KT botanical is looking for a warm fuzzy, wrong Grandma here.

That said, he spent some time talking with me. He SUGGESTED: A full refund. A reshipment via ups 3 day select, and imparted some homeopathic wisdom to me.

End result, As of 4-06-11 I had all my money back. As of 4-7-11, I had everything I ordered. He also included a sample from his wares, and a recommendation on some websites where I could do some research on other products. The recommendation proved invaluable. I wish that he had of gotten things right first. He did go above and beyond to repair the situation.

In the end, he was above pay grade in delivery and time spent. A priceless source of information. A treasure in personality. Get your stuff in a tighter formation Travis. Your energies are best used getting it correct the first time. His mom did a good job. In the end, I will be back and order again and again. I'm not concerned at all about reordering. Give em a try, but bust him if it aint right. ..

What a turd! So they sent you the product AND refunded you $250 out of their pocket and you still left a negative review for them. I have been using these guys for years and have never had an issue with them. They serve the ethnobotanical community very well and have for several years now. Its sad to see ###s taint their reputation when it would appear as though they went above and beyond trying to remedy the situation.
