Krishan Jain Security Trainer Winnipeg – take money in cash not give receipt and if not appear demand more money

Krishan Jain run business from his house 45- Maevista Place Winnipeg Maintoba as a security trainer. Cell No. [protected]
He takes $350 cash and do not provide any receipt and said he does not give receipt.
If student not appear at one time he demands other $100 to give one more time exam.
He never provide 40 hours training which is mandatory. He give 2-3 days training for 1-2 hours. and give paper which look like original exam paper for test and take test on it and take that exam paper back.
He is a fraud. His family is also helping him in his business.
some action should be taken against him.
