My eFootball account (User ID: ASHP-361-568-299, KONAMI ID: stree36556) was compromised and hacked. I have reached out to KONAMI customer support multiple times providing absolute and undeniable digital and financial ownership proofs. This includes my official Apple App Store purchase receipts and active Game Center link, alongside my original account creation email sent directly to my inbox by My KONAMI on 22/04/2023.
Despite having all this clear evidence, KONAMI support refuses to recover my account or cooperate, hiding behind a rigid automated system. They are completely denying my recovery solely because I cannot remember a random "Date of Birth" used during a quick registration process years ago.
It is unfair and unacceptable for a major gaming company to ignore official transaction history and genuine creation emails because of a forgotten, random security entry. They even sent me a template response telling me to log into my MyKONAMI ID to fix it, completely ignoring that the account is hacked and I cannot log in. I demand a human supervisor to escalate this case, review my legal purchase receipts, and help me restore my account.
