Do not under any circumstance trust either Jonathan Boudrie or his wife Tanya Boudrie to look after your home! as out of state homeowners we asked Jonathan to rent and manage our home out and boy did we live to regret it. For the first 6 months we were told that the market was slow and that come the summer people would rent the house. it was only when one of our old neighbors called us to say that our fence was falling down and that they had called Jonathan to complain several times that alarm bells started to ring, we later found out that the house had been rented for several months for which we never received any income. Of course we came straight back to florida to find out what was going on. We took a chance and went straight to our house and found that it had in fact been used but not cleaned since the last time someone was staying there, we also found out that our extremely expensive linens and been switched for cheap and poor quality linens from walmart. We obvioulsy went to see Jonathan however we were told he was away on business by his wife Tanya who didnt have any information about this as she run their other company www.cleansweepecosolutions.com. after more than 30 phone calls trying to get in contact with Jonathan we realised that he was never going to return our calls and all we could do at great expense was to change all the locks to the house and enlist century21 to manage our home. I cant stress enough to anyone thinking of using K&J Property Services, LLC or www.cleansweepecosolutions.com both of whom it seems are run by Tanya Boudrie and her husband Jonathan Boudrie to avoid them at all costs
