Someone fraudulently used my credit card to purchase software through Kivuto and they will not take the charge off, or even send me a copy of the transaction so I can file a police report. They continually hang up on me and will never let me speak to a manager. Terrible Company with no respect for others and a complete inability to do their jobs. I am beginning to think they are the ones that committed the fraud with my credit card and not some mysterious 3rd party.

Kivuto Solutions sold me Microsoft office program. They charged $100 the same day and sent me the link. They told I should simply click the link and program downloading and installation will happen automatically. I clicked on link many times and nothing happened.
