My dad recently ordered and received a Kinetic Pro smart watch. It arrived the day after he had a severe stroke and he now cannot use it. The watch and charger are still in their boxes. My mom would like to return them, but we cannot find any way to contact the company. There is a link to a "contact us" robot on the website (https://kineticpro-smartwatch.com/) which I clicked two hours ago, got an immediate response, filled in my name and was told I was being "connected to someone." Right.
