This company makes job offers on the condition you pay for a course. You do the course and there is no job. It is linked with www.melbournetechnologies.co.uk
These companies were set up on the same date by the same man Mandeep Singh.
On the website Kinetic Resource address is 1 Canada Square, Canary Wharf, London but It has never been there and is actually based at 1 Victoria Square, Birmingham. The same address as melbourne technologies.

Stay away from these people it is a scam

Why lie, when i asked, about kinetic and melbourne being connected then. It's easy to find out that they were both set up on the same day by the same man mandeep Singh.

Also why have an address on kinetic website. When I rang the london address they had never heard of you? If you were so above board and genuine you would freely admit when asked about companies being connected and you would not feel the need to use a london address. Or is it because you were trying hide the fact that melbourne and kinetic have the same addresses!

Meant to say: why do use a london which is really not relevant to kinetic resources? Something very smelly going on I think

Just checked kinetic website and they have removed the london address, just as well I have screen shot of the web page showing the fake london address before they removed it.

If anyone needs to see the evidence I have collected I will put it on here. Just let me know.

Kinetic Resources and Melbourne Technologies were set up by Mandeep Singh on 25 April 2012. You can find out this information on the Internet so I am not lying. There are various other complaints on other boards about this company so please google "kinetic resource complaints" and they will all come up.

It's a shame people feel the need to do this it really is.

I would go to their offices in Birmingham in person or you could go to his house, his address is on the Internet and ask him for a refund. He set up both companies so he will have the authorisation to refund your money

After reading a comment from Matthew Gates who works for Melbourne, How Dare he say
"Clearly this candidate is unhappy with the service received from ourselves, unfortunately not all candidates have the aptitude and attitude to complete their training and secure work within this lucrative industry"
I mean is he for real? or is he talking Bull**** like the Kinetic and Melbourne.

I came for an interview in the Birmingham branch and they had promised me that I would get a job after four weeks of training. They have taken my money and bank details and it's been three months now I have no response in towards the guaranteed job I was offered. This is a complete scam. There has not been any communications over the last three months and they have no telephone numbers to contact someone. I WANT MY MONEY BACK as kinetic resource has not held their terms and conditions can someone please tell me how I can get it back. This is a complete farce and they should be punished for scamming people.

How do we get a refund then? I keep on sending you email and there is no reply?
I was promised a job for December 2012 as I completed my course within 4 weeks and passed everything in
time. You have changed the number for your Birmingham office, every time I ring there it says THIS NUMBER IS NOT AVAILABLE ANY LONGER?

There is no false information, we have nothing to hide and have come here to explain our procedures.

However we do live in a world where suspicion alone does not constitute for crime, we are aware that Netcomm has been unsucessfull in securing candidates with work.

We provide a full money back job guarantee contract as that clearly shows our confidence in putting our candidates into jobs, if you would like a copy of this and would like to discuss this matter please contact myself on [protected].

You wouldn't go to university, then refuse to payback your student fees if you don't secure work in the sector studied.

We are unaware of who this salesman Mandeep is, and would advise that you clearly do your research before making false accusations.

If your not qualified, and have no experience your not getting a job in I.T, its really that simple we fail to see where the complications lie. There have been a minority of cases where some candidates have not secured work due to the failure of probabation, you are provided with a copy of all of your terms and conditions, if you are unhappy you do not need to proceed.

You have as with most products and services 14 days the right of cancellation if you are unhappy with the terms in place.

Clearly this candidate is unhappy with the service received from ourselves, unfortunately not all candidates have the aptitude and attitude to complete their training and secure work within this lucrative industry.

Please visit CompTIA directly for further information on why these certifications are a fantastic way of stepping into the market.

If you feel that you would need further training please visit Melbourne Technologies on a range of certifications that will help your career. :-) We wish you all the best.

Mathew Gates.

Hello my name is Mathew and I am one of the Operation Directors for Kinetic resource and would like the opportunity to clarify how things work for those of you that are applying for these opportunities and have little or no experience on how the business and commercial market works.

Kinetic and Melbourne are 2 different entities, and where both setup over 5 years ago by different shareholders/investors/Directors.

They had nothing to do with each and focused on 2 different sectors, the companies were both invested in, and bought out by another group, for legal reasons this information cannot be disclosed.

Mandeep was the main Investor, and decided to move the offices to the Midlands and get both organisations to support each to meet the same goals. To provide the best trained I.T people in the industry, if you do your research one of the leading companies, (also our competitors) Q & A, They provide the CompTIA A+ @ £1645. http://www.qa.com/training-courses/technical-it-training/comptia/comptia-aplus-essentials-certification-%282009-objectives%29/

You are provided with a FULL MONEY BACK JOB GUARANTEE IF Kinetic are unable to fulfil their promises of securing you the position.

We are responsible for taking on many candidates and like most organisations, you will always have a small percentage of unsatisfied clients/candidates If you are ''Serious'' about perusing a ''Career'' not a ''Job'' then the facts are simple...you need to be attractive to potential employers, and yes it competitive, so you need to stand out from the crowd, by showing them you have invested in yourselves.

Do you really believe successful people i.e. doctors, lawyers, accountants, spends thousands in their qualifications and then go back to university and complain about not securing work ? Melbourne charge a small fee to educate you with the basics, so that you can secure work in a professional environment and understand the basics of computing, strong candidates who do not have the technical aptitude are asked to take the CompTIA A+. (Which is equivalent to 18 months experience in the I.T industry)!

The costs of printing materials, creating CD ROMS, paying managers to interview, completing paperwork, liaising with clients, setup of logging in, technical support, having tutors to support your training, (which they charge £50.00 per hour) dispatch/delivery of kit to your door costs us a lot more than £700 ! £700 that you have not paid, and all this with an investment of £150.00?

That does not really sound like a scam, for those of who did not secure work was down to the following, not completing your training before starting work, not paying for your training materials, failing probation due to punctuality.

We have requested our candidates who have secured work to join this blog to confirm that we have fulfilled our promises for that extra reassurance.

People clearly have the time here to come and moan, rather than use that energy to look for work, that attitude alone is a clear indicator of why some of them are still unemployed.

These certifications are from the Computing Technology Industry Association, for those of you who are unaware of who that is, it is a ''NOT FOR PROFIT'' organisation who is responsible for advancing the global interests of IT professionals and companies, who put organisations like Melbourne Technologies through stringent screening before partnering with them. You are more than welcome to contact them to directly www.comptia.org and confirm our membership.
