I ordered a football kit for my son and was a little concerned when it did not arrive. I then went to the website to contact the company and was rather more concerned to find there was no telephone number or address, so the only way to get in touch was via the form on their website or email. I sent them a message via the form and email, but after a few more days of zero response, I went online to see if anyone else had had a similar experience. Imagine my horror to come here and discover that they are well known for this kind of conduct! I promptly raised a claim with PayPal and was delighted to receive a full refund from them today.
Ordered a football kit for my son on 4th April.. Still have NOT received on 1/5/12! Have sent 2 emails with no response! Money has been taken from my account.. This is a disgrace and I will NOT let this go! DO NOT USE THIS SITE!
I paid for two barcelona kits from this site but only 1 arrived. I have e - mailed them 3 times but received no reply. The kit which did arrive was of poor quality. I would not recommend using this site & i plan to take this further.

I ordered 2 kits for my six yr old son, they emailed to say it had been shipped on 13th march 2011 ( 3 days after order was placed ) STILL HAVENT RECIEVED the kits n it now 18th April 2011 and they still ave my £43.94
also NEVER REPLY TO EMAILS A DISGRACE.
I ordered a football shirt in late November 2010 as a Christmas present, as it was through paypal I thought it was a trusted site. 3 months later I still have not received the shirt and although have email approximately 20 times I am yet to receive a single acknowledgment. AVOID THIS SITE AT ALL COSTS.
