Thomas took car in due to repeated oil loss and ticking on April 18th, 2022, at that time they demanded I get an oil change from them that seals it to prove its leaking even though we had $100 oil change 2 weeks prior and to bring back after 1000 miles. We were already notified of the engine recall and Jackie said nothing can be done until we follow all suggestions, and that oil consumption is not part of the recall, and we will not get a replacement even if it blows. The oil change was April 24th 2022. Once we reached 1000 miles we called and were told to bring in IMMEDIATELY. Jackie the rudest customer service rep my wife and I have ever encountered said drop TODAY or you can start process over. Saturday May 7th we dropped car, we were never contacted we called Tuesday and Jackie said we did not have an appointment and she has thousands of customers she has no way of knowing who we are. She said (Jackie) your engine is going to blow and they are pricing them for us to pay and fix. We told her we have Kia warranty and extended warranty she said "I would have no way of knowing that and we will just have to wait until she looks into it" My wife asked for a rental car due to the horrible treatment and negligence and Jackie said she will disconnect call and she will never speak to anyone but me. Jackie is rude, loud, does not follow up, and blatantly says there is nothing we can do if you want to pick up your car and drive it till it blows go ahead there is nothing no one can do. This is a 2016 Ka Optima with an engine recall and I have read the reviews I am being ripped off and treated terribly in the process. I am a U S Veteran who fought for this country, I owe 12000 and purchased this car in 2018 and I have a blown engine, no car, a valid extended warranty that DOES COVER this in addition to a recall on my engine BUT Jackie said nothing we can do and we can not get a rental we can feel free to get a rental but that is not anything she can help with. Not only have you lost me as a customer I promise the 4000 friends on FB my wife and I have thru our business will hear all about this. I will NOT stop until restitution is made for the blown engine and Jackie is NOT working with public, It is shameful how you allow that woman speak to anyone. My wife works in customer service and Jackie is NOT in the business of helping people, doing work for people, or being honest

Desired outcome: Engine replace or FULL car replacement, sincerely apologize, rental car today paid by them.
