We bought a brand new (ordered from factory) Keystone Montana - added a 5000BTU Onan generator.
Nothing but trouble, generator won't stay running, poor gas flow to unit, jacks - front and back won't go up and down, leak in bedroom, moulding falling off, keys don't work in door, underbelly falling off, spare tire falling off, refrig. door does not stay closed, stove igniter does not work, cracks in Coraian counter - told by Keystone customer service we probably made them and at that point had not used it once.
This is just a sampling of it.
They won't stand behind the warranty.
Treated very poorly by Keystone rep. on many calls to get help.
We've used it 9 times and most of them weekends.
DO NOT BUY FROM KEYSTONE. DO NOT BUY FROM KEYSTONE.
Wish we had bought from Heartland.

I custom ordered a 2021 Montana 3761FL with the Legacy package plus many other upgrades that made the MSFP at just under $130,000 and from the beginning it has had nothing but issues that I was not expecting as i had done extensive research before going with the Montana. The very first issue was with the upgraded Truma tankless water heater that was not a factory install but a dealer swap out. Since then it has had many issues with inside finished trim falling off the walls,(lack of nails) stairs coming loose, roller shades falling completely out of the windows (more then once) propane tank issues flow issues, island counter extender broke off twice while in the transport position. (finally just left it off). Fridge door would not stay closed due to being out of level. (had to use magnets to keep closed) Now the front living room slide outside seal has gotten behind a vertical rod and will not go back into position and seal correctly causing it to not close all the way. Trim throughout the storage compartments is coming loose(lack of nails). So in closing the quality is far below what i expected from a top of the line Montana. Tom Cushman Liberty Twp, Ohio
The keystone Montana 313 RE is a piece of crap. If you do decide to buy this crap be for warned theat it will stay in the shop more than you stay in it camping, Paint fading, (on top, gray) water heater not working, (switch problem) a/c leaks in bedroom, (poor installation) toilet not flushing correctly, (want hold water in bowel, fowl Oder up from black tank in camper) tire tandems not lined up straight, (wears tires on edges) molding coming apart, sofa bed drawer broken, TV in bedroom not working, slides not level, door not staying closed during transit, the list is just getting started. trim coming apart, front leveler foot not going up and down. leaking black tank wash, shower outside disconnect not able to hook up hose, battery disconnect (switch) not disconnecting anything. (had to install kill switch) to keep battery from dying in a week. (replaced battery) mind you the is is a new 2012 Montana 313 RE. We called the no customer service keystone center and the lady there was rude as heck. We wanted to get the ball rolling on the problems we were having and we had names to talk to but this wizard of no customer service decided theat a dealer had to call in with our problems. been there 2 weeks now and nota darn thing done as of yet. . Our pic's of the problem weren't good enough to talk to NO ONE.! They look real nice outside and on thee sales lot they look real sweet but when you really get to use the thing you will see for yourself as to what a piece of crap this 5the wheel really is. It is up to you to decide weather or not you want to go camping or go to the service center and camp. No Joke! you will see what I am talking about just buy one!
