I want to complaint on the bad services by Kenny Rogers Restaurant (KKR) in The Spring, Kuching, Sarawak. KRR in The Spring is the worst place to be and they have violated the trust that given by the customers to them.
We have ordered OR 1/4 meal (2 sets), 1/2 Doz Muffin, Coke Light, Orange Juice, Tea and Ice Cream. They served all the foods but unfortunately, they have not served our Ice Cream. So we have asked the manager to serve the ice cream and confidently she said "don't worry"... and we wait for more than 15 minutes...sadly, they didn't serve it until we asked for our bill. ...and the reason for that situation is that they do not have enough employees. What a pathetic reason and please..please...please...Be professional & matured!!!
