kemprent review: monthly rent 2

good day i urgently need your assistance regarding my rent. i used to pay an ammount of R2950 for my rent this exludes all other costs such as admin fees, water and lights and refuse removal. my rent was in the region of say R3700 p/month, this month i got a letter with the invoice for increases in my rent back dated more than 4 months ago and i have also been issued with a fine for parking my vehicle in the visitors parking of R100 which i only found in the post, my rent for a 1 and a half bedroom flat has come to r7228.35. these extra rent increases were never reflected on the original invoices. and if i don't pay this ammount they will take my deposit and cut my electricity off. i have alwasy paid my accounts on time and alwasy paid the required ammounts as per the statements. i reside in 21 cheetah court panorma avenuse edleen kempton park. i wile back i lodged a complaint against kemprent as well as my electricity for my flat was in the region of R1500 p/month and NERSE investigated the matter. What am i to do now as i feel that they are targeting my basic consumer rights and are adding in costs that i am not aware off and costs that were not reflected on my statements. is it not correct in saying the cost you see is the cost you pay please contact me urgently on mobile [protected] or email [protected]@ddl.co.za i have also received a cost for a remote control which i still have the receipt for on my december invoice

ps: i have all the documentation which i can either fax or email to you. i only have little time otherwise they cut my electricity and this this will mean additional charges against me
