Kemper Auto Insurance review: Auto insurance "adjuster' closed claim with no notice still havent heard anything

So I have been with kemper/infinity auto insurance for a very long time. I ended up having to file a claim on feb 11 2022 due to me swerving to miss a dog that jumped onto the street, I jumped the curb and it cracked my transmission and a flat front passenger tire. I called filed my claim and it was given to the adjuster venus roberts she never called me but got an email saying that an apraiser would be going by to get an estimate. He came finally did the estimate he left said he would email me a copy. Sure enough he did but did not mention nothing about the transmission. It just mentioned dumb little things that he estimated was going to cost $25 short of my deductible lol. So that was my first hint something wasnt right. They were like yea take it to the shop they will take care of everything. I said it doesnt say anything about, my transmission. So I sent them pictures of the crack in the transmission 15 min later claim was closed no explanation nothing so I tried calling her several times never answered. My car still hasnt got fixed. What am I supposed to do now?
