Keepsake Labs review: lies, unethical

Placed a double deposit with Keepsake Labs, after the owner Judy agreed that we could have second pick of litter x, and first pick of litter y, as we wanted a female lab and the litters were being delivered around the same time.

We called and emailed Keepsake Labs over 20 times to find out the process, and we could plan our trip to pick up our new puppy. We did not hear back until last Thursday (12/13). When Judy called to tell me that I had to take the puppy she put aside for me. I no longer had choice of the puppies as we agreed.

Judy became very angry when I pointed out the facts of our agreement, and said I should just be happy I am getting a puppy. She lied numerous times stating she only had that one female, and the others either died or were no longer available.
I mentioned that her website pictured and listed litter x having 4 females and litter y having 6 females. Out of 10 females I was not able to pick as only 1 was available.

She said that she has already arranged for ours to come pick up their puppies this Saturday and I better get to WV by tomorrow morning (Friday) if I wanted a puppy. This was approx, 1 week earlier than the puppies were ready to leave their mother.

A man in the background yelling "You AIN'T, getting a puppy" Hang Up on her !

She hung up the phone on me and hasn't answered any of our calls since.
