Kay’s Jewelers/Signet review: Swapped out Levian Rings

1/2/2023 they convinced me to upgrade diamond earrings, and said he warranties would transfer but they would t honor them as my posts turned a bronze color. Ok, got that resolved.

2/28/2023 I left two Levian rings for sizing. Both rings were to go directly to Levian for any repairs including sizing. I was told one ring was sized by Kay’s and the other sent to Levian. Why didn’t they send both? Went to pick them hen this day, and there were two totally different rings. They both looked similar to my actual rings, but I know my rings as I have had them for 3 years. Photos showed they were different rings. I refused to take ownership since they didn’t belong to me. Now my neice shave bothering and one of them just had a little girl. I am so hurt and I feel violated. Die to the cost of the rings I either want the actual rings I purchased or the original cost for each ring.

How leadership can support such behaviors I don’t know, and quite shocked. The poor customer service caused me to close my account which wrapped thousands of dollars. Just imagine how much the sales people made off me during the winter they weee receiving commission. I even made two additional purchases to help two different sales people meet their quota.

I just want them to do what’s right and I will never grace them with my presence again in life.

Again, I’m here rings were to be passed down to my nieces. I am now a disabled senior and experience difficulty securing work, and even though I had a good job at that time, I still had to save in order to make the purchases.
